The EX6EED Programs are designed to help young soccer players strengthen their resilience, focus, and leadership on and off the field. Each program follows the EX6EED System and includes three signature training pillars: Energy Cognitive Skills, Power Breathing (Oxygen Advantage), and Cold Exposure.

Each Module is built on 3 powerful training Pillars

  • In this 1st pillar of the EX6EED Elite Resilience Leadership training and throughout the four training modules, players learn how to:

    • Recognize the energy behind their thoughts.

    • Identify and overcome energy blocks that hold them back.

  • Oxygen Advantage Breathing is the 2nd pillar of EX6EED Elite Resilience training and prepares players’ bodies and minds to apply the knowledge gained from the Energy Cognitive Training.
    The Oxygen Advantage Breathing approach supports players in three key areas:

    • Improving breathing efficiency through the development of proper nasal breathing.

    • Enhancing CO₂ tolerance by simulating high-altitude breathing conditions.

    • Balancing the hormonal system, helping players stay calm, focused, and in control.

  • Cold Exposure is the third pillar of EX6EED Elite Resilience Training, designed to connect the mind and body in a state of high resilience.

    Cold Exposure training helps players to:

    • Build the discipline essential for every powerful, resilient leader.

    • Enhance stamina to endure high-pressure moments.

    • Boost mental toughness by pushing them out of their comfort zone.

    • Activate the parasympathetic nervous system, improving stress regulation and focus.

    • Balance hormones by stimulating norepinephrine and other resilience-related hormones that sharpen clarity and mood.

    • Strengthen the immune system by increasing white blood cell count and resistance to illness.

    • Speed up recovery by flushing out metabolic waste and improving blood circulation.
