You can develop your Mental RESILIENCE only when you are aware of your current level of Mental RESILIENCE. The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment can help you with that. When you complete the ELI Assessment, you will receive a report with three key results:
Your Energetic Profile: This chart describes how you experience and express your energy during a typical day.
Your Energetic Stress Reaction: This chart describes how you experience and express your energy under stress.
Your Average Resonated Level of Energy (A.R.L): This indicates your current average level of energy.
A one-hour debrief of the ELI Assessment results with a specialized Energy Leadership Master Practitioner will help you understand your current level of Mental RESILIENCE and the areas where you need to focus and develop.
